Magee Board of Alderman met Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at 6:30 pm.
Mayor Jimmy Clyde called meeting to order and Murry Keith led in prayer.
Minutes were approved.
Permission was given to start advertising bids for the splash pads when the time came.
Board approved the department of corrections lease.
Claims document was reviewed and approved.
Chief Randy Crawford ask permission for officers; Joey Womack, Landon Yates, and Will Douglas, to attend a free class on preventing escapes and transporting prisoners, on March 15, 2016. Board approved request.
Arthur Milton was appointed on to replace Mr. Kirk on the Planning Commission.
With no further business meeting recessed until next meeting.
