Magee City Board of Alderman met Tuesday, February, 7, 2016 for their regular scheduled meeting.

Patrick Borwn, Mayor Pro Tem, called meeting to order.

Minutes and claims dockets were approved.

Permission was given for the Mayor to proceed with applying for a grant for the Runway 18.

David Dunn, Sports and Recreation Director, met before the board advising on the excess amount of dirt at the sports complex. The board voted to surplus the dirt and when the city finished with what they would need to give the remaining dirt away.  Anyone interested contact David Dunn at city hall.

Airport project for fencing is complete and invoice was voted to be paid by grant money.

Police Department requested that a 2002 Toyota that was seized to be accepted and made part of the inventory.

Meeting was adjourned to go into executive meeting to discuss legal matters.
