Magee High School Band received all Superior ratings (1’s) from the MHSAA State Concert Band Evaluation Wednesday, April 6, 2016.
Magee Band which is also referred to as “The Pride of Simpson County” showed out at competition today.
The band received all 1’s from every judge in concert and sight seeing.
Also the band received all 1’s during State Marching Contest during the Fall.
When a band receives 1’s in every category they are awarded the Sweepstakes Award for 2015-2016.
What a great accomplishment for this group of students and Director Marbeth Gray.
