According to the city of Magee Board of Alderman, the Magee Airport is read to accept credit cards for fuel. Achieving this process has not been easy…and the alderman have worked diligently to achieve this goal.
Airplanes that landed at the Magee field were often in a situation where fuel could not be obtained in a timely manner. If the airport was not maned….there was no way to get fuel.
The Alderman continue to work on ways to improve our airport and reach the 500 goal for the runway!
