Terrell Luckey was voted and approved by the Simpson County School Board as Principal for Magee Middle School.

Luckey is a 1983 graduated of Magee High School. Terrell played football and graduated from Copiah Lincoln Community College in 1985. After Co-lin Luckey transferred to Millsaps playing football and graduating in 1987 with a BS in PE and Science Education. In 1997 Luckey graduated from William Carey with a Masters in Instructional Supervision.

Luckey previous worked as an Assistant Principal at Magee Middle School from 2000 to 2003 and then principal 2003-2010. This starts Luckey’s thirty first year in education and seventeen of those have been at Magee School serving as a coach, teacher, and administrator.

Luckey is very excited and grateful to Mr. Greg Paes and the Simpson County School Board for giving him the opportunity to come back to Magee Middle School as the Instructional Leader. Luckey  looks forward to working with the faculty and parents to provide a safe quality, meaningful education for the children of Magee. Luckey has very high expectations for his staff and students.

Terrell  is married to the former Charlotte McAlpin.  Luckey’s children Allie and Nick are both involved in careers in educations as well. Luckey along with his wife and children are all graduates of Magee High School and members of First Baptist Church of Magee.
