It is hard to not want those who hurt you or betray you to also feel the pain they caused you. But, as Christians, we are called to be so much more than spiteful and wanting revenge.
God wants so much for us and in order to be like Jesus, we have to overcome the hurt and bitterness. To be like Jesus we need to reach out and forgive.
Instead of hoping for bad things to happen to those who hurt us or hoping for “karma, we need to look up to our Heavenly Father and PRAY for those who have hurt or betrayed us!
