The Scriptural passage for today is found in Deuteronomy 6:5: “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength.” This is probably one of the most quoted verses in all the BIBLE and one Christians love committing to memory. As God’s children, it’s a statement of our heartfelt conviction–one of love and adoration we hold for our Lord and Savior. We are to love Him with every fiber of our being and can rest in the assurance that He will abide; He will sustain; and He will guide us over the crossing into life eternal with Him. What a great comfort! What a joy for the Christian! Let us never waiver or falter in our devotion to God. The Word of God for the people of God; thanks be to God!
