On Thursday, June 26, 2025, at approximately 9:30 PM, the Magee Police Department assisted the Mississippi Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) with the execution of a search warrant at GW and Joe’s Patio, located on Highway 149. During the operation, liquor was seized from the premises.
ABC agents routinely conduct checks at businesses to verify proper permits and ensure compliance with state laws, including those prohibiting the sale of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products to minors. They also conduct undercover operations and investigate complaints received from the public.
