Linda Faye Gowan passed away on Thursday, April 18, 2024, at Simpson General Hospital. She was born on June 7, 1946, to Claude Ramsey Grayson and Aletha Wiginton Grayson.
She loved her family and always enjoyed cooking for them. She loved spending time with them and when they came to visit.
Linda is survived by her sons, Andy Salers, Tim Salers; daughters, Christy Cockrell (Kevin) Laura Hayes; ten beloved siblings; seven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings and two great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends for visitation on Monday, April 22, 2024, at Tutor Funeral Home in Mendenhall, MS from 9:00 AM until 11:00 AM. The service will begin at 11:00 AM in the chapel with Bro. Charles Savell officiating. Interment will follow in J. R. Polk Cemetery.
