Linda Carolyn Brewer Kennedy , 67, of Magee, MS passed away Thursday, April 27, 2017 at home in Magee, MS. She was born Wednesday, January 25, 1950 in Raleigh.
Visitation will be held Monday, May 1, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Dry Creek Baptist Church in Magee. Burial will follow in Dry Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee. Bro. Joe Metts will assist and Bro. Charles Ray Burnham will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601)849-5031
She is preceded in death by her: Husband – James (Kent) Kennedy , Father – J.D. Brewer, Brother – Jerry Brewer.
Survivors include her Daughter – Lynn White (Jeff), Magee, Son – Waylon Kennedy (Felicia), Magee, Grandchildren – Bo Sullivan, Magee, Josh Sullivan, Magee, Blake White, Magee, Brittany White, Magee, Mike White, Magee, Cassandra Kennedy, Magee, Taylor Gates, Magee, Mother – Lennie Brewer, Magee, Sisters – Brenda Hall (Jimmy), D Lo and Barbara Bryant (Keith), Raleigh, Brothers – Jimmy Brewer, Magee, Albert Brewer (Linda), Louin and Billy Joe Brewer (Stephanie), Taylorsville.
I didn’t know Mrs Kennedy personally but she had to be an awesome lady to have raised Lynn and Waylon. All my love and prayers to her family and friends as they go through this sorrowful time in their lives. Hugs 2 All
