Simpson County Technical Center Diesel Technology, Polymer Science and Metal Fabrication students were provided a very informative presentation on exploring careers at Lincoln Diesel Technology, formerly known as Nashville Auto Diesel Tech on September 29, 2020. Guest Speaker, Cindy Whatley, discussed how this region’s shipping, construction, and agriculture industries depend on trained skilled diesel technicians to keep their equipment and businesses running. In addition, she discussed many different careers that holds promise for anyone looking to build hands-on skills and launch an exciting career!
