Libby Hegwood Shivers has been named the Water/Sewer clerk for the City of Magee.

Libby is the daughter of Martha and the late David Hegwood of Magee.

Mrs. Shivers is taking Dena Mosley’s position.  Mrs. Mosley is retiring at the end of the year.
