Libby is the daughter of Martha and the late David Hegwood of Magee.
Mrs. Shivers is taking Dena Mosley’s position. Mrs. Mosley is retiring at the end of the year.
The Walter/Sewer clerk positions pays $32,000 per year.
Beginning pay for city crew hire is now $11 per hour.
