The Scriptural passage chosen for today is found in 1 John 2:10: “Whoever loves his brother lives in the light, and there is nothing in him to make him stumble.” The apostle knew that God wished for His children to love one another with the same love that God loved them. It’s no different today. God lavishes His love upon us, His children, and wants us to love one another in the same manner. Let us strive to show the love of God toward our fellow man. He is the Light of the world. We can be a light for Jesus, just as we can be instruments of God’s love toward others. The Word of God for the people of God; thanks be to God. Amen!
