They are to minister to those who are hurting and to help meet the immediate need. Hollow words and platitudes aren’t sufficient. We are to serve in word, in action, and deed if we wish to serve God and our fellow man as He would have us do. Let’s always remember to be quick to share God’s love, joy, and kindness as we go about our day.
