By James Davis
The Scriptural passage selected for today is found in Colossians 3:16: “Let the Word of Christ dwell in you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom, and as you sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs with gratitude in your hearts to God.” The writer is here addressing, once again, the early Christians in ways of properly conducting themselves during worship services. It could have been written for us today, couldn’t it? As we worship, we are to keep in mind the teachings of Jesus left us in the BIBLE as we sing praises with voices full of gratitude and thankfulness. There is no place for discord and strife, only love among grateful hearts. Amen!
Happy Monday to one and all.
