Funeral services will be held Sunday, August 13, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel in Mendenhall. Burial will follow in Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Mendenhall. Bro. Ted Bowlin and Rev. Mike Ahlberg will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. (601)849-5031
Leon has been in the Automotive Parts Business for over 40 years. He was known for his outgoing personality. He loved to drag race and spend time with family. He will be truly missed by all that knew him.
He is preceded in death by his First Wife – Bobbie Sue Craft Davis, parents – Leon Curtis Davis and Cleoana Chennault, Sister- Johl Short (Curtis).
Survivors include his Wife – Vickie Davis, Magee, Son – Bryce Davis (Nancy), Madison, MS, Daughter – Tiffany Davis (Marcus), Milo, IA, Grand Children – Nichole Bryant (Jonathan), Flowood, Matthew Davis, Ridgeland, Brandon Davis, Ridgeland, Step-daughters – Stacie Sullivan (Justin), Mize, Candy Stringer Maddox (Matt), Mount Olive, Sister – Leona Williamson (Elton), Jackson, Step-grandchildren, Gabe Stringer, Addison Stringer, and Kaydee Maddox.
