Yes, it is leap year…we only celebrate February 29th every four years. When I was growing up, one of my friends mother was a “leap” year baby. I always thought it was so interesting that Mrs. Bobbie Foster (Joy, Royce and JoAnn’s mama) only really and truly had a birthday every four years!
I miss Mrs. Foster. She was my friend and my Sunday School teacher. Her children were always special to me…just as they are now!
Each of us need to plan something special for February 29th…send a card to someone…visit someone…have a party…go out and eat…or just visit! Make your February 29th special…and in four years…let’s do it again!
