Layton Maverick Blair, born on March 2, 2021, passed peacefully into the arms of Jesus on Monday, March 22, 2021. Despite his short time on earth, he was deeply loved and brought immense joy to those around him. He was the precious son of Joel Michael Blair and Tiffany (Maddox) Blair.

He is survived by his parents; brothers, Jayden and Kayden Blair; maternal grandparents, Pam (Davis) Maddox (Bruce); paternal grandparents, Larry Blair (Patsie); maternal great-grand mother, Helen Davis; paternal great-grandmother, Annie Ree Roberts; uncles, Jason Maddox, Justin Maddox (Kayla), Stephen Blair and a host of cousins.

He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Stephen M. Maddox; maternal great-grandparents, Donald Davis, W.H. and Otsie Maddox; paternal great-grandparents, Charles Roberts, Bob and Oretta Blair.

Visitation for family and friends will be held on Wednesday, March 24, 2021, at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Services will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 25, 2021, in Tutor Chapel with Bro. Donnie Guy and Bro. Bill Blair officiating. Interment will follow in Sharon Cemetery in Simpson County.

Arrangements are entrusted with Tutor Funeral Home of Magee.
