Thursday, Magee Soccer boys and girls will play their last game of the regular season at Lawrence County. The game will be an emotional game for all senior players.
The girls team, under the direction of Coach Scoggins, has shown improvement. Their fundamentals and teamwork have really come together. Coach Scoggins has done a great job with these ladies this year. Thursday night will be their last game.
The boys, under the direction of Coach Wendt, will end regular season play tonight, but will advance to district play. With a lost Tuesday night against Forest, the boys placed runner up in district. As runner-up, the boys will travel to start playoff’s. The Trojans will travel to North Ponatoc Tuesday, January 26, 2016 to take on the Vikings. Coach Wendt does an excellent job with his soccer teams. We want to wish the boys best of luck in the playoff’s and safe travel to and from North Ponatoc.
Congratulation to the boys, girls, and coaches on a great season of play…
