Magee resident Lane Steele was chosen as this years Grand Marshall for the Christmas Parade.
Lane serves as an Alderman for the City of Magee, Volunteer Fire Chief, and was recently selected as Hall of Fame for Magee.
Steele was escorted in a beautiful carriage owned by Dempsey Sullivan of Mount Olive.
As soon as the honors of escorting the Grand Marshall were completed, Mr. Sullivan doubled back and ended the parade escorting a miniature bride and groom displaying the carriage that is available at Chapelwoods. Servings as miniature bride was Kynsley Kennedy and miniature groom was Hunter Meadows.
