Kenneth “Ken” Randolph Bishop
(March 6, 1940 – July 8, 2023)

Kenneth “Ken” Randolph Bishop, 83 of Ocala, Florida, but formally of Magee, Mississippi, passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023, in Florida. He was born on Wednesday, March 6, 1940, in Magee, Mississippi.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. at St. Stephen Catholic Church in Magee, Mississippi.  The burial will follow in Magee City Cemetery in Magee, Mississippi.  Father Charles Bucciantini will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

Mr. Ken was a modest, caring, intelligent and hard-working man with a heart bigger than the sun.  He was a role model for his entire family. Ken had an infectious smile and laugh to light up a room. When Ken made friends, they were friends for life. Kens knowledge extended beyond books and when he spoke, he poured out a wealth of knowledge. Ken stepped up to the plate and became the dad he did not have to be and it was like he was there from the beginning. His footprint he made on this earth will never be lost. We Love you always.

He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mirlesia Bishop; parents, George and Tennie Bishop; and son-in-law, David.

Survivors include his second wife, Diana Ingram Bishop; daughters and their husbands, Alicia, Yvonne (Jack), Nancy, and Beth (Eric); grandchildren and their spouse, Kristina (Jason), Christopher (Beth), Joseph (Morgan), Jesscia, Thomas, Bill, Drake, Nicholas, Alexander; great-grandchildren, Morgan, Lily, Ethan, Carmen, Madeline, and Sadie.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.
