 JOY ROBINSON, MT.OLIVE, MS

Joy Lee Gray-Parker Robinson went to her heavenly home on Wednesday, August 14, 2019, surrounded by her loving family. She was born on March 11, 1935, to her parents John Eli Gray and Polly Lowrey Gray.

Joy was retired from the janitorial business. She attended Zion Hill Baptist Church in Mize, MS. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

She leaves behind to cherish her memories her son, William Eli Parker (Sandy); daughter, Polly Robinson (Hugh); brothers, Henry Eli Gray, Gerrard Gray, Johnny Gray; sisters, Marie Kelly, Naomi Crowell, Elaine Fuller, Pauline Pickle, Margaret Faye Biggs; grandchildren, Ashley Phillips, Kristin Wood (Josh), T.C. Keith (Amber), Jessica Parker; great-grandchildren, Tyson Phillips, Clay Phillips, Brianna Phillips, Bryson Wood, Brantley Wood and Brayden Wood.

Along with her parents, Joy was preceded in death by her husbands, Willie “Bill” Clayton Parker and Brent Robinson and siblings, Maydene Fuller, Richard Fred Gray and Neal Gray.

Visitation will be held on Friday, August 16, 2019, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. with the funeral service immediately following at 11:00 a.m. all at Tutor Funeral Home in Magee, MS. Interment will be in the Indianola City Cemetery in Indianola, MS.

Tutor Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements.
