The Magee Lions Club inducted new officers at their Annual Ladies Day Banquet held at Berry’s on July 1, 2024. (Picture 1) Former Lion District Governor James Smith presented outgoing Lion President Rhuel Dickinson with a plaque honoring his year of service in leading the club. (Picture 2) Lion Rhuel Dickinson passed the gavel to incoming Lion President Josh Duckworth. Picture 3 are the incoming officers for the 2024-25 year: President Josh Duckworth, Vice President Josh Allen, 2nd Vice President Wayne Hilton, Secretary James Smith, Treasurer John Mark Williams, Tail Twister Dr. Rudy Runnels, Lion Tamer Ricky Anderson, Communications Director Gerald Regel, Membership Chair Oliver McLean, Sight Chair Tommy Meador, Publicity Chair Tom Duncan, and Board of Directors Whit Fortenberry, Darrell Temple, Chris Williams, Bill Bennett, Riley Runnels, and C.A. Smith. Also attached is a group photo of the membership and their guests.

The Magee Lions Club supports eye exams and glasses for those in need throughout our community. Applications for support can be obtained at the office of Dr. Steven Reed at Family Vision Clinic in Magee, MS.
