Johnnie Luckey Arender, 88 of Mize, MS went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 22, 2024. She was born Saturday, November 23, 1935 in Mize, MS.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 from 12:00pm until 2:00pm at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home, 302 8th Ave SW, Magee, MS. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 2:00pm at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Waco-Fairmount Cemetery in Mize, MS. Rev. Scott Davis will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. 601-849-5031

Johnnie was always there for her family, she was a caring mother, devoted sister, and a loving friend. She will be deeply and dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, James Arender; husband, Billy Luckey; father, Earnest D. Westmoreland; mother, Belle Brewer Westmoreland; and 4 siblings.

She is survived by her son, Terry Luckey (Robin); daughters, Trenna Freeman (Melvin) and Tammy Moore (Dewayne); 5 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Nell Harrison; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family.

Pallbearers will be Family and Friends.
