Joe Henry Neely, 70, of Harrisville, died Sunday, November 20, 2016 at his home in Harrisville. He was born Wednesday, June 12, 1946 in Harrisville.
Mr. Neely is survived by his parents Herbert L. Neely, and Mildred L. Neely; Daughter Tammy Duckworth (Jay); Sons: Craig Pepper, Micah J. Neely (Leslie), Jonathan Neely and, Sister – Barbara Beasley (Robert Hollingsworth); eight grandchildren and one great grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
