Joan N. Kennedy, 36, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away from her earthly home to her heavenly home on Friday, August 13, 2021, at River Regional Medical Center in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She was born Monday, November 26, 1984, in Jackson, Mississippi.

A private family visitation and funeral service will be conducted with the burial to follow at Dry Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Magee, Mississippi. Bro. David Hays and Bro. Jonathan Burnham will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031

She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ethel and Roma Kennedy and George and Johnnie Ruth Booth; and one brother, Terrell Kennedy.

Survivors include her parents, George Kennedy and Carolyn Booth Kennedy of Magee; one sister, Kim Sullivan and her husband, Ron, of Mendenhall; one nephew, Jordan Sullivan of Mendenhall; four nieces, Hayden, Hallie, Maci, Madelyn Wadlington all of Mendenhall; special friend, Todd Baxter; and a host of other family members and friends.
