Jerry Harvey, 73, of Magee, Mississippi, passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson, Mississippi. He was born Thursday, March 18, 1948.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 10, 2022 from 5:00 PM until service time at the Jesus Name Church in Raleigh.
Funeral Services will be held Friday, February 11, 2022 at 2:00 PM at Jesus Name Church in Raleigh. The Burial will follow in Merchant Cemetery in Raleigh. Bro. Reggie Chisholm and Bro. Mark Ramsey will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031
Mr. Jerry Harvey was a member Jesus Name Church in Raleigh.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Homer and Sadie Louise Harvey; grandson, Austin Harvey; brother, Junior Dale Harvey; sisters, Barbara Ann Logan and Janice Cotton; son-in-law, Greg Adams.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Harvey; children, Angie Cromwell (Chris), Wayne (Duck) Harvey (Brandi), Anthony (Amp) Harvey (Brandy), Kimberly (Kim) Adams, Paul Harvey, and Daryl Harvey; 12 grandchildren; 12 great- grandchildren; sisters, Mary Rose Tebo, Debra Jean Sons, and Diane Yarbrough; step-brother, Billy Harvey; special family friends, Bobby and Hena Gosain; and a host of nieces, nephews, and other family members.
Pallbearers will be Hubert Jernigan, Rodney Jernigan, Keith Jernigan, Mark Sprague, Willie Tebo, and Bennie Jernigan.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Rusty Brown, Rusty Sprague, Cody Hutchinson, and Matthew Stewart.
