Jeff Kemp, 83, of Shivers, Mississippi, passed away Wednesday October 9, 2019 at his home. He was born Monday, November 11, 1935.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2019 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Christian Life Church in Magee.
Funeral Services will be held Saturday, October 12, 2019 at 1:00 PM at Christian Life Church in Magee. The Burial will follow in Peacock Cemetery. Bro. J.R . McEntyre will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. (601) 847-4401.
He was preceded in death by parents, Jefferson and Ruby Kemp; sons, Jeffery Kemp and Timmy Kemp; brothers, Floyd Kemp, Archie Kemp, and Charles Kemp; sisters, Anna Lauren Runnels, and Ludie Mae Chandler.
Survivors include his wife, Ina Kemp; daughter, Carolyn Thornburg (John) and Mary (Kathy) Stewart (Mitchell); sons, Tony Kemp (Nancy), Tommy Kemp (Judy), Robert Kemp; daughters, Mary Bourdene (Robert), Tracey Shivers, and Donna Kemp; son, Nathan Kemp (Suzanne); grandchildren, Shelby Shivers, Andrea Kemp, Anna Kemp, Landon Kemp, Donald Lawley, Chance Bourdene, Nevaeh Ellis, Trent Brown, Jason Brown, Robert Kemp, Katie Kemp, Jonathan Dillard, Sierra Dillard, Christy Odom, Michael Hill, Charity Odom, T.J. Kemp, Courtney Kemp, Timmy Kemp, Ava Kemp, and Scott Kemp; numerous great-grandchildren and great great-grandchildren; brothers, John Kemp, Jerry Kemp, and Vernon Kemp; sister, Linda Morris.
