Jean Sullivan Amason, 84, of Mize, passed from this life Monday October 5, 2015 at Jasper County Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.  Bro. Ronnie Clark will officiate.  Burial will be in Alex Sullivan Cemetery. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements, (601)849-5031.
 
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7, 2015 from 10:00 AM till 11:00am at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.
 
She is survived by:  Daughter – Mirian Cain (Thomas) of Mize; Grandchildren – Shea Johnson (Joseph) of  Oxford, MS, Joel Cain (Wendy) of Mize,  Kevin Amason (Krista) of Mize, Great Grand Children – Ethan and Avery Johnson of  Oxford,  Trevor and Trenton Amason of Mize; Daughter-in-law- Freda Amason.
 
Preceded in death by: Husband- Glen Amason; Parents- Dallas L and Minnie Sullivan; Son – Horace Amason; Brother – Leonard Sullivan.
