Winky had a heart for people and was often described as having the gift of exhortation. He lived that calling every day—lifting others up, spreading joy, and always finding a way to make someone laugh. It was not unusual to find him out in town praying with strangers or boldly witnessing to anyone he met. Grateful for all that God had done in his life, Winky was committed to making sure everyone around him knew the goodness of the Lord.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Bea  Kennedy; parents; Timon Kennedy, Sr and Lola  Kennedy;  grandchild, Hunter Brown; brother, Timon Kennedy,  Jr..

Survivors include his sons, Anthony Kennedy (Terry) and Kevin Kennedy; daughter, Donna  Kennedy  Meloling;  grandchildren, Jacob  Kennedy  (Cortnee), Austin  Kennedy, Kristen  Kennedy, Eli Meloling, Kali Meloling; sisters, Betty  Rose  Brown, Selvis  Jean Cook (Eugene) and Linda  Faye  Powell;  great grandchildren, Braydon  Kennedy, Landan  Kennedy, Breelynn  Kennedy, Laine  Brown and Taylor  Brown; and a host of  nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jacob Kennedy, Eli Meloling, Randy Kennedy, Ronnie Kennedy, Stevie Kennedy, Bobby Kennedy, Roger Kennedy, and Michael Knight.

Honorary pallbearers will be Austin Michael Kennedy, Braydon Kennedy, and Landan Kennedy.
