James Monroe Cain Jr., 73, of Mize, Mississippi, passed away Sunday, December 29, 2019 at St. Dominic Hospital in Jackson. He was born Sunday, September 29, 1946.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 30, 2019 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Magee.

Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 31, 2019 at 2:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Magee. The Burial will follow in Waco Fairmont Cemetery. Bro. Ronnie Clark and Bro. Jeremy Smith will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601) 849-5031.

Survivors include his wife, Reva Cain; Son, Greg Cain (Lisa); daughter, Rory Barnard (Phil) ; grandchildren, Adam Sullivan (Shelby),  Shaina Steadham (Daniel), Brice Sullivan, Skylor Cain (Jessica), Bailey Ingram (Anthony); great-grandchildren, Molly Sullivan, Taylor Sullivan, Makayla Sullivan, Branson Ingram, Ava Cain, Dalleigh Ingram, Jack Steadham, Stella Steadham; brother, Tommy Cain (Miriam)’ sister,  Mary Sullivan (Keith); brother, Kenny Cain (Sandra)’ sister, Sue Garner (Chris).

Pallbearers will be Brent Cain, Joel Cain, Stevie Luckey, Stacey Luckey, Brandon Garner, Daniel Steadham, Anthony Ingram, and Kevin Middleton.
