ColonialChapelJames D Ainsworth, 71 of Taylorsville, Mississippi died on Saturday, April 11, 2015, at Forest General Hospital in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

Born Saturday, December 11, 1943 in Taylorsville, Mississippi, he was the son of the late Jim Ainsworth and the late Mae Jewel Ainsworth. He was the husband of Ann Ainsworth.

He was employed by Southern Pine.

Surviving are sons, Jamie Ainsworth of Taylorsville, MS and John Ainsworth  of Taylorsville, MS, daughter, Lisa Ainsworth of Taylorsville, MS, sisters, Jewel Rayborn of Taylorsville, MS and Margie Rogers of Jackson, MS.

He was preceded in death by sister, Maxine Luckey.

A Funeral service will be at 8:00 PM on Monday at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home with the Bro. Jimmy Arender officiating. Interment will be in Ainsworth Cemetery.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Monday, April 13, 2015, at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home Taylorsville, Mississippi.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Blair E. Batson children’s Hospital and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
