According to Simpson County Circuit Clerk Steve Womack, Jack Purser has withdrawn as a candidate for Supervisor District 2 due to health reasons.
At this time, Danny Craft and Allen Maddox have qualified to seek the Supervisor District 2 position.
Candidates have until March 1, 2019 to qualify.
