home schooled by his mother, Chanel Allen.  Issac participates in Bible Club, FCA, and Student Council.  When asked who the teacher who influenced him the most, he responded that Mrs. Pat May had the biggest influence on his high school career.  Later, however, Issac realized that nothing he learned in public school made him who he is today.  It was his time before, when he would spend many days sitting in the dinning room of his house listening to the patient voice of his mother’s lessons.  He accredits all of his academic success to her, and in his words, “I woulds be nothing without her…both academically and spiritually.”

Mrs. Pat May is a graduate of Magee High School.  She received her B.S. degeree in Mathematics from the University of Southern Mississippi.  She received her Master’s degree from William Carey University.  Pat has taught school for 35 years.  Several times she has been selected as the Star Teacher as well as Magee Teacher of the Year.

She is the STAC teacher at Magee.

Mrs. May is married to William Thomas May.  They have four children and seven grandchildren.
