Ben Warren, Simpson County Road Foreman, brought to the attention of the Board of Supervisors during their meeting, Monday, April 2, 2018 the trash that is being illegally dumped on Sofa Road. Sofa road is located across Hwy 13 and South of Hwy 28.
Trash is presently being removed and investigated to determine who the trash might belong to. Anyone found dumping trash on county roads will be prosecuted!
The board is asking if anyone has any knowledge of who might be dumping trash at this location or any location to please report to the Board of Supervisors or Sheriff Department as soon as possible.
