Sam and Eden Johnston Yelverton graduated from UMMC School of Medicine in May.  The couple will begin their residencies July 1st in Charlotte, NC.  (After interviewing at 15 locations, Sam and Eden got their number one choice—Charlotte).  Eden’s residency is in OB-GYN and Sam’s residency is in general surgery.

Both Sam and Eden are 3rd generation doctors!  Eden graduated in 2008 from Simpson Academy and 2012 from Mississippi College.  Sam is a 2007 graduate of Jackson Prep and a 2012 graduate of Mississippi College.

Eden is the daughter of Dr. Word and Robin Johnston of Mt Olive and granddaughter of Dr. Joe and Mary Johnston.
