Ina Bell Lee, 94, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 15, 2015 at her residence in Harrisville, MS.

Funeral services for Mrs. Lee will be held Saturday, September 19, 2015 at 12:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Hom in Magee with Bro. Gene Erwin and Bro. Earl Clark officiating.  Burial will follow in Owens Cemetery in Shivers, MS with Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee in charge of arrangements, (601)849-5031.

Visitation will be held Saturday, September 19, 2015 from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home in Magee.

Ina Bell was born, January 28, 1921 in Shivers, MS, and was a member of Shivers Baptist Church. After finishing high school she went to Business School in Jackson, afterwards she moved to Mendenhall where she worked in the Circuit Clerk office. She married Edward Lee, June 26, 1945, and they lived in Shivers before moving to Jackson, MS, where she worked at Sears. The family moved back to Simpson County on Edward’s family land in the community of Union where they built a house and continued rising their family. Ina Bell was a home maker, she was active in church and her community. She was always there to help family members in a time of need. Ina Bell kept up with the family history and told many interesting stories about the family. She especially told wonderful stories about growing up in Shivers on the family farm. She was deeply loved and will be missed by her family and friends.

She is survived by her daughter Debbie (Lee)  Jennings, Magee, MS, sons Tommy (Sharon) Lee, Harrisville, MS, and Ronnie (Peggy) Lee, Angelton, TX, six grandchildren Eric Robinson, Hayley Givens Davis, Jamie Lee Joyce,  Ronda Lee, Charlie Lee, and Elise Lee Powell, five great grandchildren Savannah Joyce, Sharlee Powell, Reese Davis, Blake Robinson, and Garrett Robinson

She is preceded in death by her parents Dennis and  Lou Polk Holyfield, husband Edward Lee, sisters Myrtle Berry and Mary Mangum, brothers Henry Holyfield, Huston Holyfield, and Robert Holyfield

Pallbearers will be Eric Robinson, Blake Robinson, Garrett Robinson, Ronnie Joyce, Charlie Lee, Chris Dunaway

Family and Friends may sign an online guest book at Colonial Chapel Magee and Mendenhall
