The Scriptural passage for today is found in Luke 15:10: “In the same way, I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” Amen! Yes, God loves for the sinner to come to the realization that he/she needs to repent sincerely and draw close to Him. He wants our obedience and our trust. For all believers, daily repentance is necessary, because we all sin and share the need for spiritual cleansing. Just as we bathe daily to keep our bodies clean, we must also take care of the inner person (the spiritual).
