Judge Bowen has sentenced Howard Lindsey to the following:
Gratification of Lust Count I: 10 years;
Sexual Battery Count II: 25 years;
Gratification of Lust Count III: 10 years; and
Sexual Battery Count IV: 25 years.
To run consecutively. Total of 70 years, to serve day for day with no early release, and register as a sex offender.
