Ravi Wilson has a heart full of gratitude for the Magee Police Department. When her sister began suffering from seizures, it became a long and difficult journey for their family. Through it all, Officer Nick Palomino, Officer Vance Hamilton, and Chief Denis Borges never failed to respond—always showing up, always showing care.
“We are close and stay in touch,” said Ravi.
To show her appreciation, Ravi turned to a cherished family tradition: baking cookies. Using her grandmother RaDonna Womack’s special recipe—handed down from her great-grandmother Dianne Holston—Ravi began baking batches of cookies with two secret ingredients (which she’s not revealing!).
And she isn’t stopping at just one delivery. Ravi plans to bring homemade goodies to the Magee Police Department every two weeks as her way of saying thank you.
Now that is dedication—and a whole lot of heart.
