Hilda Rae Smith Roberts, 76, of Magee, MS  passed away on Tuesday, November 21, 2018, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center in Jackson, MS.  Born February 9, 1942, she was the daughter of the late R.T. and Edith Rae Smith.

She was a former business education teacher for the Simpson County School District that was well respected and loved by all of her former students.   In her retirement years, she enjoyed spending every minute she could with her four grandboys, reading, traveling,  and attending church activities and community events.  Hilda had a love for making pictures and sharing them with everyone.  One of her many gifts was taking charge and organizing a situation.

Hyde and Owen R. Hyde; two sisters, Shirley Goodwin (Roddy), Dena Smith; two brothers, Ronnie Smith (Betty Sue) and Donnie Smith; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear family friends.
