The Mt Olive Wagon Train rolled out Sunday afternoon headed on a journey to the Dixie National Livestock and Rodeo. This year’s ride is honoring Danny Joe Sullivan who rode with the group from the beginning. Tommy Sullivan serves as the trail master with Jack Underwood also in charge. Tommy has been Wagon Master for 15 years.

I think filming this crew is one of my favorite jobs! I am amazed at the people who participate…young and old!
Approximately 100 horses are traveling with the crew…about 14 wagons…a port a potty trailer…a chuck wagon..and other stuff!!!
The train’s destination is Jackson by Thursday. The group stops at predetermined spots on their journey.
Hopefully, the Mt Olive Wagon Train will be apart of the Dixie National parade!
I got great video but not great pictures! I am going to share pics from other participants.
