The Scriptural passage for today is found in Psalm 147:3: “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.” Isn’t it comforting to read that God, our Lord and Savior, cares that much for us, His children, to “make it all okay” when we’re experiencing hurts and disappointments? The psalmist of old knew personally of God’s care and keeping and was not shy in proclaiming it in his poetry and song. Let us never be quiet in telling others of God’s role in our lives. He does heal and bind, and aren’t we grateful? Blessed be the name of the Lord! “Oh, for a thousand tongues to sing praises unto Thee.” Amen!
