Representative Becky Currie (R) has introduced a bill in the Mississippi Legislature that would ban the use of “supplemental feed, natural deer urine, or mineral licks.” This ban is Currie’s attempt to stop the Chronic Wasting Disease that was discovered in Mississippi in late 2018. The bill also places restrictions on disposal of deer carcases. The bill is still in committee and MageeNews.com will continue to update on this is a developing story. Below is the proposed bill.
