Hazel Lee Mangum Buckley, 94, of Brandon, Mississippi, passed away Monday, April 8th at Brandley House in Ocala, Florida. She was born Friday, November 7, 1924.

Visitation will be held on Friday, April 19, 2019 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Mendenhall.

Funeral Services will be held Friday, April 12, 2019 at 11:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Mendenhall. The Burial will follow in Mendenhall City Cemetery.  Bro. Farley Earnest will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Mendenhall is in charge of arrangements. (601) 847-4401

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dempsey L. Buckley parents, Arthur James and Lela Parker; son, Dempsey (Larry) Lawrence Buckley, Jr; brothers, Claude Mangum, Clyde Mangum, Bernice Mangum, AJ Mangum, and James Mangum.

Survivors include her daughter, Charlotte McCarley; grandchildren, Wayne Bishop (Hope), Dr.  Lauren Jones (Jeff), Ginny Schimansky (Billy), Sarah Malone (JR), Rebekah Sparks (Ryan), Lela McCarley; great-grandchildren, Ashley Vance (Phillip), Brittany Ramos, Johnathan Malone, Bubba Craddock , Margaret Malone, James Schimansky, Reed Sparks, Haley Bullis; great-great granddaughter, Larkin Lou Vance.

Pallbearers will be JR Malone, Jonathan Malone, Kenny Granberry, Michael Granberry, Phillip Vance, and David Matthews.

Honorary pallbearers will be Carol Greer, Billy Price, Marshall Magee, Curtis McMillan, John Paul Price, and Charlie Chatham.

In Lieu of flowers the family asked donations be made to Redland Rock Pit Abandoned Dogs Project Inc. 8930 W State Rd 84, #285 Davie, Florida 33324.
