Hazel D Sullivan, 90, of Mize, Mississippi, passed away Tuesday, August 3, 2021 at her home. She was born Thursday, July 16, 1931.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, August 5, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 6, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church in Mize. Funeral Service will follow at 2:00 PM. The Burial will follow in Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. Bro. Danny Forrest and Bro. Stephen Bush will officiate. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Sullivan was a member of Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church. She was a loving, wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, and friend. She will be greatly missed by her loving family.
She was preceded in death by husband, Thomas Sullivan; parents, Otis and Lee Tanner; brothers, Farrell Tanner, and Odon Tanner; sister, Ethel Cummins; son- in-law, Dale Glenn.
Survivors include her sons, Billy Ralph Sullivan (Mautice), Prentiss Sullivan (Rhonda), Mack Ray Sullivan (Tehonnie), and daughter, Teresia Glenn all of Mize; brother, Rudolph Tanner; sisters, Doris Welborn (Sister), Linda Cox, and Beatrice Chaney; grandchildren, Billy Michael Sullivan (Lorie), Priscilla Howell (Reed), Brian Sullivan (Suzette), Evan Sullivan, Justin Sullivan (Stacie), Brian Lock Sullivan, and Amanda Aycock (Steve); great- grandchildren, Brance Sullivan, Brady Sullivan, Barrett Howell (Breanna), Brooks Howell, Saylor Sullivan, Brantley Sullivan, Holden Sullivan, Brandon Sullivan (Hayden), Brayden Sullivan, Hudson Sullivan, Adam Sullivan, Brice Sullivan, Bailey Ingram, Tyson Knight, and Gage Knight; seven great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Brance Sullivan, Brady Sullivan, Barrett Howell, Brooks Howell, Brandon Sullivan, and Brayden Sullivan
