 Dennis Ammann, President and Chief Executive Officer at Peoples Bank, today said that Julian Harper has joined the bank and will serve as a Loan Officer in the bank’s Magee Office.

Harper is a 2010 graduate of William Carey College, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Computer Information Systems.

He began his career as a Sales Representative for Ambulatory Equipment Services in Magee and has subsequently been affiliated with Five County Transportation, Cintas, Medline and most recently, Applied Medical in Jackson.

“Over the course of his career he has excelled in sales growth, productivity and leadership,” Ammann said. “He will bring that same mindset to his new position as a Loan Officer in Magee.”

“I am pleased to welcome Julian to the Peoples Bank family,” Ammann continued, “and we look forward to him providing exceptional service to our customers for many years to come.”

 

 Dennis Ammann, President and Chief Executive Officer at Peoples Bank, today announced that veteran banker Stella Swain has been promoted to Loan Officer. In her new role, she will provide consumer and small business lending from her office on Jackson Avenue in Mendenhall. She has been serving at this location as a Loan Assistant.

Ms. Swain is a 1998 graduate of Puckett High School. She began in the banking industry in1998 and joined Peoples Bank in January 2001.

She and her husband, Jon, have three children: Anna, Grayson and Beau. The Swains attend Galilee Baptist Church. Ms. Swain is active in both church and school activities. In her free time, she enjoys family travel and flipping houses.

“I congratulate Stella for having earned this promotion,” Ammann said. “Our customers in our communities will be well-served by her years of experience and commitment to their success.”
