Harold J. “Cotton” Williams, 93, of Mize, died Thursday, December 15, 2016 at Collins State V A Nursing Home in Collins. He was born Saturday, March 3, 1923 in Smith County.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 19, 2016 at 11:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee. Burial will follow in Calvary Presbyterian Church in Mize. Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee is in charge of arrangements. (601)849-5031
Mr. Williams is preceded in death by his parents Andrew J. Williams and Minnie B. Williams; Sisters – Helen Corvaia, Daisy Green; Brother – Troy Williams.
Mr. Williams is survived by Sister – Pansy Mulkey (Warren); Brother – AJ Williams, Jr. (Myra); Wife – Kathleen Williams; Granddaughter- Michelle Amason; Step Children- Sandra Amason, Patricia Jennings(Charles), Becky Yelverton(Rod), and Ronnie Sasser(Pennie), and a host of nieces, nephews and step grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Sunday, December 18, 2016 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM at Colonial Chapel Funeral Home of Magee.
