Hancock County Felon Pleads Guilty To Possession Of Firearms

Gulfport, Miss – Destin Dominique Johnson, 27, of Bay St. Louis, pled guilty today before Chief U.S. District Judge Louis Guirola to possession of firearms by a convicted felon, announced U. S. Attorney Gregory K. Davis.

 
Johnson faces a maximum penalty of ten years in federal prison and a $250,000 fine. He will be sentenced on February 1, 2017.

 
The case was investigated by the Bureau of Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and Explosives, and prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Annette Williams.
